First Orion's Call Protection Service ensures that your calls are not flagged as 'Scam Likely' on T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile networks.

Opt-In for Sharing Registration Data with Analytic Providers

If your calls are being marked with "Spam" or similar tags, this is not related to our service. To share your phone numbers with other providers and ensure proper protection, please follow the steps below if you already have an account with us:

1. Log in to your account at https://portal.firstorion.com.
2. Click on the 'Edit' button in the top right corner.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of your business details, where you'll find a toggle to opt-in for sharing.
4. Select Save.

Once you opt-in, your calls should be protected within 24 hours on T-Mobile and AT&T analytics.

Please note: We currently do not share data directly with Verizon’s provider (TNS). 

Reducing spam and nuisance tagging

Ensure you follow the Call Behavior Best Practices to reduce spam and nuisance tagging.

If you believe your calls are being improperly tagged or labeled, you can submit a request to look into the issue:

• AT&T - "Spam Risk"
• T-Mobile - "Scam Likely"
