All subscription plans are eligible for branding with a DBA or trademark. If you're on a Starter or Basic plan and don’t see your DBA or trademark in the dropdown, or if you’re on a Premium or higher plan and it hasn’t been approved yet, follow the simple steps below to get started.

How to Brand as Your DBA or Registered Trademark:

    1. Check Your State Filing Status
Before you proceed, ensure that all your business names are active and up-to-date with your Secretary of State (SOS) records. This includes:
      • DBAs (Doing Business As)
      • Fictitious Names
      • Assumed Names
      • Trade Names
    2. Gather Documentation
Prepare the necessary documentation that proves your ownership of the business name. Make sure all documents are current and valid.
      • Acceptable Documentation could include:
        1. Business listing in state's Secretary of State database
        2. DBA/LLC/Incorporation documentation
        3. Public or legal filings
        4. Registered trademark documentation
    3. Reach Out to Support
If the filing status is active and proof of ownership documents are current, please contact our Support Team by selecting the Contact Us button in the top right corner of your screen:
