How can I cancel my subscription?

    Users can easily view, manage, and cancel their Branded Calling Subscription directly through the Customer Portal.

    1. Go to Billing Management.
    2. Select 'Cancel Plan'.

    Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. If you don't see the option to cancel, you may have an access issue or have recently downgraded your plan. Please contact our Support Team at enterprisesupport@firstorion.com for assistance.
