Users can easily view, manage, and downgrade their Branded Calling Subscription directly through the Customer Portal.

    1. Click the Billing Management quick action card.
    2. Click Change My Plan.
    3. Select your desired plan.
    4. Click Downgrade Plan.
    5. Review your changes.
    6. Click Downgrade my plan.
