Users can easily view, manage, and upgrade their Branded Calling Subscription directly through the Customer Portal.

    1. Click the Billing Management quick action card.
    2. Click Change My Plan.
    3. Select your desired plan.
    4. Click Upgrade Plan.
    5. Review your changes.
    6. Click Pay and Upgrade.

    Note: When upgrading, you'll be charged for the price difference between the two plans at the time of the upgrade.

    • The call limit will be increased as applicable at the point of upgrade
    • The new fee will go into place on your scheduled bill date
