Users can manage or upgrade their Branded Calling subscription through the Customer Portal. If branding is paused after reaching your monthly call limit, upgrading your plan will restore branding immediately.
    1. From the Dashboard, click Billing Management.
    2. Select Manage Plan.
    3. Review your current plan details and usage.
    4. Click Manage Plan (or Upgrade Plan) to view available plan options.
    5. Select the plan that best fits your needs.
    6. Review the changes, including any applicable prorated charges.
    7. Complete the upgrade by following the on-screen prompts.

    Note: When upgrading, you'll be charged for the price difference between the two plans at the time of the upgrade.

    • The call limit will be increased as applicable at the point of upgrade
    • The new fee will go into place on your scheduled bill date
