Users can manage or upgrade their Branded Calling subscription through the Customer Portal. If branding is paused after reaching your monthly call limit, upgrading your plan will restore branding immediately.
- From the Dashboard, click Billing Management.
- Select Manage Plan.
- Review your current plan details and usage.
- Click Manage Plan (or Upgrade Plan) to view available plan options.
- Select the plan that best fits your needs.
- Review the changes, including any applicable prorated charges.
- Complete the upgrade by following the on-screen prompts.
Note: When upgrading, you'll be charged for the price difference between the two plans at the time of the upgrade.
- The call limit will be increased as applicable at the point of upgrade
- The new fee will go into place on your scheduled bill date
