    Customer Portal User Enhancements

    Improved Phone Number Upload Error Messaging

    • We’ve made it easier to resolve phone number upload issues! Users will now receive more detailed error messages, providing clearer guidance to help troubleshoot any upload challenges.

    Previous Error Code

    New User-Friendly Message
    INVALID_NUMBER

    Invalid phone number. Please check the phone number is valid and try again.

    ALLOCATED_NUMBER

    By clicking continue, the phone number will be moved to the current business unit and/or program.

    ALLOCATED_NUMBER_BUSINESS

    Phone number is attached to a different account. Please contact our support team to help resolve this conflict.

    DUPLICATE_NUMBER

    This phone number already exists under your account.

    DNO_CONFLICT

    Phone numbers with a Call Purpose of Do Not Originate can not be attached to a program.

    INVALID_RELATIONSHIP

    Phone Number is already assigned to the program.

    Image Gallery Enhancements

    • We’ve added new features to the Image Gallery to make managing your images even easier! Users can now quickly download approved images and copy the image IDs with just a few clicks.

    Bug Fixes

    • When creating a new Business Unit, it will now immediately appear in the Business Unit table view, no page refresh required.
