Create and Manage an INFORM with Logo Branding Program

    What is an INFORM with Logo Program?

    Businesses today face growing challenges in ensuring customers recognize and answer their calls. Fraudulent robocalls and call spoofing cost consumers billions yearly, leading to rising mistrust in phone-based communications. Branded calling has enhanced customer engagement by displaying names and call reasons; adding logos now elevates brand recognition and trust.

    Prerequisite

    • INFORM with Logo branding requires you to be integrated with our Authenticated INFORM solution. Learn more about Authenticated INFORM here.
    • You must upload an image before creating an INFORM with Logo program.
    • Image must meet our Branding Policy and be in an Approved state before the image is eligible for branding.

    Upload Image

        1. In the left-hand navigation menu, click Image Gallery.
        2. Click Upload Image.
        3. In the Upload Business Image modal, enter an Image Name.
        4. Select an Image to upload. The image file must meet the following requirements:
          • Image format is .svg.
          • Image size is less than 200KB.
          • Aspect ratio is 1:1.

    NOTE: First Orion’s Content Vetting process will validate that the image follows our Branding Policy.

    If your content does not pass First Orion’s automated vetting process, you will have the opportunity to update your photo. If you believe that your image meets First Orion's content policies, please open a support ticket to have First Orion manually review it.

    Once Image content is approved, the image will be visible in the Image Gallery and available to attach to an INFORM+Paired branding program.

     

    Create Program

    Step 1: Provide Business Unit Information

    Users can select an existing Business Unit or create a new Business Unit

    Select Existing Business Unit

    1. Select a Business Unit from the Business Unit Dropdown

    Create a New Business Unit

    1. Select Create a Business Unit.
    2. Enter a Business Unit Name.

    Click Continue.

    Step 2: Provide Program Details

    1. SelectINFORM + Paired as your Program Type
    2. Enter the desired Program Name in the box.
    3. Click Call Purpose and select Call Purpose type.
    4. Enter a Description of the program if desired.
    5. Click Next Step.

    Step 3: Select and Schedule Program Display

    1. Click Display Name and select a Display Name value.
    2. If you do not see a Display Name value, you can opt to Create a custom display name.
    3. Enter a Display Name value and a Shorthand Display value.
      NOTE: Display Name and Shorthand Display MUST meet First Orion's Branding Policy. Custom display values will NOT brand until reviewed and approved. Expect a minimum 24-hour delay if Branding Policy is not met.
    4. Use the calendar to schedule a Start Date & Time.
    5. Use the calendar to schedule an  End Date &Time.
    6. Click Next Step.

    Step 4: Select an Image

    1. Click Select Image.
    2. Select an Image from your Image Gallery.
    3. Click Done.
    4. Optional Step: Provide a Call Reason.
    5. Click Next Step.

    Step 5: Assign Branding Phone Numbers

    You have the option to manually type in Phone Numbers, or you can Upload a CSV File of phone numbers.

    Manually Upload Phone Numbers

    1. Enter the Phone Number.
    2. Click Call Purpose and select Call Purpose type.
    3. Click Add Phone Number.
    4. Once all Phone Numbers have been added, click Launch.

    Upload CSV File

    To Upload CSV File your file will need:

    • Two columns
    • No headers
      • Column A: Phone Number
      • Column B: Call Purpose
    • Phone Numbers must include the Area Code
    • CSV File Upload allows a maximum of 500 phone numbers per upload

    The following are valid Call Purpose options:

    • Charity
    • Customer Service
    • Debt Collection
    • Informational/Notification
    • Multi-Use Line
    • Political
    • Prison
    • Survey
    • Telemarketing
    • Do Not Originate
    WARNING: Do Not Originate should only be selected if the number will not make outbound calls.
      1. Select Upload CSV File
      2. Select a file to upload by:
        • Choose from computer
        • Drag and Drop
      3. Once all Phone Numbers have been added, click Launch.

    Update Image Content

    Learn how to manage your program here.

    1. Click the three (3) dots for the Program you would like to edit.
    2. Select Update Program Content from the dropdown menu.
    3. Navigate to the image step.
    4. Click Change Image.
    5. Select a new image from your Image Gallery.
    6. Click Done.
    7. Optional Step: Update the Call Reason.
    8. Click Launch.
