Customer Portal User Enhancements
Introducing Morgan Bot
- Users will now be able to get help quickly and easily with Morgan Bot. Morgan can help users search through our help documentation, answer questions, or get users in contact with our Product Support teams.
Dashboard Quick Action Cards
- The Heatmap has been replaced with quick action cards.
- Our Branded Calling Subscribers will now have an easy way to view and manage their subscriptions, access our Help Center, and manage their Business Registration details.
- For all our other Branded Communication users, it will now be easy to create a new Branding Program, access our Help Center, and manage their Business Registration details.
Set-Up Guide
- ALL users now have access to our Set-Up Guide!
- Users now have all the information required to successfully set up their new branding accounts. A Set-Up Guide will be displayed on their dashboard to guide them through the onboarding experience.
Business Registration
- Users will now have error messages to help them navigate our Business Registration process.
AFFIRM Reporting Update
- The AFFIRM reporting tabs will be rearranged so that the ‘Tagged Calls’ tab appears first.
Reports Terminology Update
- Adding additional context to some of our existing metrics.
- Updating glossary definitions with new terminology.
Terms of Service Bug
- We are addressing a small bug in our Terms of Service. A link to the First Orion Legal Dashboard was not clickable. Users will now be able to click the link, and and be taken to our Legal Dashboard.
INFORM with Logo Bug
- We also fixed a bug where users were unable to update an existing program with an image. Users will now be able to update and INFORM Paired program with an approved image.
