Overview
Users can quickly and easily view and manage their Branded Calling Subscription within the Customer Portal.
Access Billing Management Main Page
- Click the Manage your subscription on the Dashboard.
From the Billing & Plan Management page, you can view your existing subscription, update your plan, and edit your billing information.
Upgrade your Plan
- Click Change My Plan.
- Select the plan you would like to change to.
- Click Upgrade Plan.
- Review your changes.
- Click Pay and Upgrade.
When upgrading, you will be charged for the difference between the two plans at the point of upgrade.
- The call limit will be increased as applicable at the point of upgrade
- The new fee will go into place on your scheduled bill date
Downgrade your Plan
- Click Change My Plan.
- Select the plan you would like to change to.
- Click Downgrade Plan.
- Review your changes.
- Click Downgrade my plan.
Cancel your Plan
- Click Cancel My Plan on the Billing & Plan Management page.
- Click Cancel plan on the Stripe page.
- Optional Step: Select cancellation reason.
- Click Submit
