Manage Branded Calling Subscription

Did you set up a Branded Calling subscription in the Customer Portal and you need a little help? Check out our step-by-step articles here!

    Overview

    Users can quickly and easily view and manage their Branded Calling Subscription within the Customer Portal.

    Access Billing Management Main Page

    1. Click the Manage your subscription on the Dashboard.

    From the Billing & Plan Management page, you can view your existing subscription, update your plan, and edit your billing information. 

    Upgrade your Plan

    1. Click Change My Plan.
    2. Select the plan you would like to change to.
    3. Click Upgrade Plan.
    4. Review your changes.
    5. Click Pay and Upgrade.

    When upgrading, you will be charged for the difference between the two plans at the point of upgrade. 

    • The call limit will be increased as applicable at the point of upgrade
    • The new fee will go into place on your scheduled bill date

    Downgrade your Plan

    1. Click Change My Plan.
    2. Select the plan you would like to change to.
    3. Click Downgrade Plan.
    4. Review your changes.
    5. Click Downgrade my plan.

    Cancel your Plan

    1. Click Cancel My Plan on the Billing & Plan Management page.
    2. Click Cancel plan on the Stripe page.
    3. Optional Step: Select cancellation reason.
    4. Click Submit

    Step 2: Click Cancel plan.

    Step 3: Click Cancel plan.

    Optional Step 4: Select a cancellation reason.
