Phone Numbers may be updated or deleted at any given time and at any given level, such as:
- Business Level
- Business Unit Level
- Program Level
Phone Number Dashboard
View Phone Number Assignment
- Select Phone Numbers on the Main Navigation Panel.
- Click on the three (3) dots for the desired phone number.
- Click View Assignments.
A pop-up will display the assignments for the selected phone number:
- Selected phone number
- Phone number’s business.
- Phone number’s business unit.
- Phone number’s program.
- Phone number’s display name.
- Phone Number’s program duration.
Select Close when viewing is complete
Edit Call Purpose
- Select Phone Numbers on the left-hand main navigation panel.
- Click on the three (3) dots for the desired phone number.
- Click Edit.
- Click on the Call Purpose arrows to display the dropdown options.
- Select the new Call Purpose for that phone number.
- Click Save.
Delete Phone Numbers
From the Business or Business Unit level Navigation Panel
- Click Phone Numbers on the Main Navigation Panel.
- Click Manage Phone Numbers.
- Click Delete Phone Numbers.
Remove a Single Phone Number
- Click Phone Numbers on the Main Navigation Panel.
- Click the three (3) dots for the dropdown menu.
- Click Remove from the dropdown list.
- Click Remove on the warning message box.
Manually Delete Phone Number
Upon reaching the Delete Phone Numbers portal page, the default is Manual.
- Confirm Manual is underlined with the blue line.
- Enter the phone number to be deleted. A green checkmark will confirm the number has been entered correctly.
- Click Add to Delete List.
- Click Delete.
- Click Ok.
A pop-up will display the deleted phone number or numbers under the Removed Numbers section, along with a total count. Any rejected numbers will be displayed, along with a total count and a reason for rejection, under the Rejected Numbers section.
| NOTE: You will receive an error message if any numbers are rejected. Double-check the number and call purpose. If you need assistance, please click on the Support button at the bottom of the page. Typically, a number will be rejected if it has been formatted incorrectly or if the number already exists elsewhere in the Customer Portal. |
