Once you log in as a Reseller Admin, you will see the dashboard in the image below. If you are a Reseller Agent Admin, you'll first want to scroll down and select a reseller below the heat map before proceeding. If you have not created a reseller yet, you'll want to do that first. To create a business, select Manage -> Create Business in the top right corner of your dashboard.
You will need to fill out a form with the business details in the screen displayed below. Once completed, click Save at the bottom of the page and this will send the information over to First Orion side for vetting. If it does not pass our automated vetting process, our vetting team will reach out for additional information to validate the business.
NOTE: Please provide complete and accurate data about your business to reduce processing and vetting time. If the information you provide is incorrect, business vetting time could take up to 3-5 business days.
