Once you log in as a Reseller Agent Admin, you will see the dashboard below. Your dashboard will include a list of approved Resellers that have been submitted. Resellers you are awaiting approval on, will display in the blue notification under Show.
To create a new Reseller, select Manage -> Create Reseller in the top right corner of your dashboard.
You will be requested to fill out the following information in the screen displayed below for a Reseller. Once the information is submitted by selecting Save, this will trigger a ticket to be sent to the main contact email registered at the Reseller Agent level. This ticket will request additional information to help verify the account (Address, Website, Phone Number, and Proof of Business Registration).
Once the account is verified, the Reseller will move from the Pending Reseller List to the list of Reseller’s on your dashboard. From there, you can navigate into each Reseller and begin submitting businesses on their behalf.
