CSV Upload Now Available
- Premium plan subscribers will now be able to upload a CSV of Phone Numbers when creating a Branding Program.
Selectable Branding Display Values
- Setting up a Branding Program just got easier! Branding Display Values will now be pre-populated. All you have to do is select what you want your calls to brand.
- If you are subscribed to one of our Premium plans, you can submit a custom Branding Display Value.
- If you do not see a Branding Display Value that you're looking for, ensure your Secretary of State filing is up to date. You can learn more here: Update Verified Business Branding Content.

- Setting up a Branding Program just got easier! Branding Display Values will now have pre-populated options based on your business verification. All you have to do is select what you want your calls to brand.
- If you do not see a Branding Display Value that you're looking for, ensure your Secretary of State filing is up to date. You can learn more here: Update Verified Business Branding Content.
Custom Branding Display Values
- Creating a new Branding Display Value is more secure than ever. You will know your Branding Display Value meets our guidelines instantly.
- When you create a Branded Calling Program with a custom Branding Display Value, your custom value will be automatically approved or rejected.
- If your Branding Display Value does not meet our Branded Calling Policy, you will be notified immediately.
- You can appeal the automated decision by clicking "Appeal Decision" in the notification. Our support team will contact you with their final decision.
- You also have the ability to quickly Edit Program from the notification.
