On your branding program, you can view your branding state by each carrier available to your branding program.
- From the Customer portal landing page, click into the Business Unit you want to check on in the bottom right.
- Click on the program.
Under “Status By Carrier” you will see which networks your program is currently branding on.
- Approved means your INFORM Display Name is actively showing on calls for that carrier.
- Pending means your INFORM Display Name is awaiting approval for that carrier.
Each carrier has a different time to brand.
- T-Mobile and Boost Mobile are approved and actively branding within an hour of creating your branding program.
- AT&T takes about 6 to 8 business days to be approved.
- Verizon takes 1-2 business days to be approved.
- "Other" refers to additional reach such as branding on Canadian devices and takes about 3 to 5 business days to be approved. This branding is currently only available for annual agreement customers.
