Learn about what's new in the Customer Portal.

    Customer Portal Enhancements 

    Phone Number Assignment Navigation

    • Users can navigate from the Phone Number Assignments window to other pages on the portal to perform actions regarding that phone number
    • Links a user can click and the destination:
      • Business – Business Profile
      • Business Unit – Business Unit Profile
      • Program – Program Update Screen
      • Display Name – Program Update Screen

    EIN (Employer Identification Number) for Entity Vetting

    • New users may provide their EIN (Employer Identification Number) to help expedite their business profile during the vetting process
    • The addition of the EIN will improve accuracy and efficiency of First Orion’s vetting process
    • The EIN field is optional

    Verizon Call Counts in Reporting

    • Users visiting the Calling Number Detail folder in Reporting will now see Verizon (VZW) in their Call Volumes by Carrier

    Mobile Usability Enhancements 

    • Multiple UI components were updated to allow the Customer Portal to be accessible and more responsive on the smaller screens of devices
