Edit a Number

Step 1: Click Phone Numbers on Navigation Panel.

Step 2: Click the Circle with three (3) dots for the dropdown menu. 

Step 3: Click Edit from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: Click the up/down arrows to display the Call Purpose options.

Step 5: Click the desired Call Purpose.

Step 6: Click Save to finalize the selection and return to Phone Number page.

WARNING: Do Not Originate should only be selected if the phone number will not make outbound calls.

View Assignment of Number

Step 1: Click Phone Numbers on Navigation Panel.

Step 2: Click the Circle with three (3) dots for the dropdown menu. 

Step 3: Click View Assignments from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: The Number Assignment Details popup will open for review.

Step 5: Click Close when finished.
